ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of the licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made.
(a) by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or
(b) by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
All persons hiring the village hall shall comply with all terms and conditions of the booking.
All bookings for the village hall will be vetted by the booking clerk, who will refer any concerns as to the suitability of the hirer to the management committee.
The village hall and surrounding land shall be maintained to ensure the premises remains a safe and danger free environment.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
All children attending the village hall shall, wherever possible, be accompanied by a responsible adult, or under the supervision of adults who hold the appropriate CRB checks.
No form of adult entertainment shall take place at the Premises
