ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Notices will be displayed at the entrances to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and will indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person less than 18 years of age.
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
a. A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS).
b. Photo driving licence.
c. Passport.
Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln Police Licensing Office.
The licence holder or their representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for a licensable activity and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Children under the age of 16 years of age shall only be admitted on the premises providing they are accompanied by responsible adults.
Membership of a local pub watch scheme (when one exists) is required and would include
registration.
Children under 16 are not permitted to sit or stand at the bar.
