• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made

   

  a.              by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or

   

  b.              by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  A right of entry shall be available to to any member of the managment committeee, or its nominated representative,or any officer of Lincolnshire Police, at any time during the hiring of the Premises.

   

  The licence holder, their representative, or nominated user of the Premises shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for a licensable activity and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.

   

  All children under the age of 18 years are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times they are on the Premises.

   

  The maximum capacities for the large and small hall, as identified in the fire evacuation plan held at the premises shall be complied with at all times.
