ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
· The maximum number of persons, including staff and performers, allowed in these premises shall be 275.
· There shall be a member of the Committee present at all times the premises are open
· There shall be a member of the Committee in attendance for all functions (minimum ratio of 1:50)
· There shall be a member of the Committee present on the door at all functions, to check tickets, give directions and provide information and assistance to the general public
· There shall be no admittance to the premises after 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays except for private functions
· There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
1. A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
2. Photocard driving licence
3. Passport
4. Any other means approved by Lincolnshire Police.
· All bar staff shall undergo training in the above-mentioned policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer.
· This record shall be retained for 2 years from date of completion and made available to Lincolnshire Police or their authorised agents upon request.
· There shall be proof of age signage on display
· There shall be signs indicating that drinks shall not be taken off the premises.
· There shall be no ‘Happy Hour’ events nor reduced price offers
· Any teenage functions shall be notified to Lincolnshire Police at least 10 working days prior to the event.
· There shall be no children under the age of 16 years allowed on the premises unless accompanied by a member of the Club or a responsible adult.
· Children shall be excluded from areas of the Club as specified by the Licence Holder
· Children shall be excluded from any function which includes nudity/partial nudity or adult humour.
Adult Entertainment
· Only ‘approved adult entertainment’ shall be permitted at the premises
· ‘Approved adult entertainment’ shall describe entertainment consisting of striptease, wearing of see through material or other performance or entertainment involving nudity
· No still or moving photographic or video recordings other than by CCTV monitoring equipment installed for crime prevention purposes shall be made of any performance of ‘approved adult entertainment’
· There shall be no images on any external advertising, in respect of the entertainment being held on the premises, of nudity; nakedness or anything of a sexually explicit nature such as to cause offence.
· Performances of an ‘approved adult entertainment’ shall not be subject of any advertising involving the distribution of leaflets, promotion by canvassers or by touting in the street.
· The approved adult entertainment shall not be visible from the street.
· Any person who can be observed from outside the premises shall be decently dressed.
· No person, either resident, staff, performer, entertainer, visitor or customer under the age of 18 years shall be allowed in any part of the premises whilst an adult entertainment is being performed or at any time whilst a rehearsal or audition for such entertainment is being conducted.
· A clear notice shall be displayed at each entrance to the premises, in a prominent position so that it can be easily read by people entering the premises saying:
v “NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 SHALL BE ADMITTED”
· The approved adult entertainment shall be given only by performers/entertainers who are engaged exclusively for that purpose
· No performer shall be allowed to work if they appear to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs
· The approved adult entertainment shall be restricted to dancing and the removal of clothes, there shall not be any other form of sexual activity.
v There shall be no physical participation between any member of the audience and any other performer
v The Licence holder, management or anyone concerned in providing the approved adult entertainment shall not encourage or permit the encouragement of the audience to throw money or otherwise give gratuities to the performers.
v No customer shall accept from or give to any performer or member of staff any telephone number or business card or note.
· Performers shall be provided with changing room(s) which shall be located so as to be separate and apart from public facilities
v No person other than performers and authorised staff shall be permitted in the changing room(s)
· On arrival each customer shall be provided with a copy of the House Rules, which shall include all of the conditions marked v .
· Each performer shall be provided with a copy of all conditions under the heading ‘Adult Entertainment‘
