Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

  a.              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or

   

  b.              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a  

  personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  Section 19 Licensing Act 2003

   

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made

   

  a.              by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or

   

  b.              by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Notices will be displayed at the entrance to the Premises where they can be clearly seen and read and will indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol, or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person less than 18 years of age.

   

  There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.  That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:

   

              A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retails Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS).

              Photo Driving Licence

              Passport

  Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln Police Licensing Office.

   

  Fund raising events held at the premises, specifically to raise money for village hall funds, shall be monitored and stewarded by members of the village hall Committee, the DPS or their nominated representative.

   

  All private functions held at the premises will require to be separately licensed using a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). 

   

  Any persons booking the Premises for a private event will be provided with a booking form which details the responsibilities of the hirer/user.

   

   

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  Suitable signage shall be displayed reminding persons leaving the premises to be considerate of persons accommodated in the vicinity.

   

  Organisers must ensure that the needs of local residents are respected and that persons attending the activity leave the premises and area quietly.

   

  There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking individuals to respect the needs of local residents and requiring individuals to leave the premises and area quietly.

   

  Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
