ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises will be operated as a hot food takeaway (Late Night Refreshment only, no sale of alcohol) with clearly defined management responsibility at all times.
A CCTV system will cover the entire licensable area, including all entry and exit points, recording in colour and retained for 31 days, with footage made available to Lincolnshire Police and North Kesteven District Council on request.
Prominent signage will notify customers that CCTV is in operation. A named responsible person will oversee day-to-day compliance and staff conduct.
An incident register will be kept, recording any crime, complaints, disorder, or authority visits.
All staff will receive induction training covering health and safety, fire evacuation, conflict management, and the four licensing objectives, refreshed every six months.
The premises will operate on a takeaway/collection basis only, indoors, with no seating, amplified music, or adult entertainment provided.
These measures, together with the specific steps set out below for each individual licensing objective, are intended to ensure the premises operates responsibly and with minimal impact on the local community.
A digital colour CCTV system will cover all customer-facing areas, the till/counter area, and both the front and rear entrances, recording continuously during all trading hours.
Recordings will be retained for a minimum of 31 days, time and date stamped, and made available to Lincolnshire Police or North Kesteven District Council within 24 hours of a request.
A member of staff trained in use of the system will be on the premises at all times during opening hours, able to access and download footage on request.
Signs shall be placed in prominent positions on the premises notifying customers that CCTV is in operation.
All staff will be trained to recognise and respond appropriately to any incidents of crime, disorder, or anti-social behaviour on or near the premises.
A named responsible person will have day-to-day oversight of the premises and staff conduct.
An incident log will be kept, recording any crimes, complaints, or incidents of disorder, and made available to Lincolnshire Police on request.
Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry to the premises after 21:00 unless accompanied by an adult.
Clearly legible and suitable notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Deliveries and collections associated with the premises shall not take place between 23:00 and 08:00 so as to minimise disturbance to local residents.
The area immediately outside the premises will be kept clear of litter at all times.
No amplified music or external speakers will be used at the premises.
Staff will be trained to identify and report any concerns regarding the welfare of children on the premises.
Right to work checks will be carried out on all potential employees before employment in any capacity at the premises. These checks and the retention of these checks will be conducted in-line with the relevant Home Office code of practice. These checks will be provided to a responsible authority on request.
