ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The permitted times do not prohibit, during the first thirty minutes after the stated hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there when the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals.
Sale of alcohol only to be made to persons taking table meals at the premises and for consumption as ancillary to a meal.
Non-alcoholic beverages are also to be available.
The requirements of the Chief Fire Officer are to be complied with.
