ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
External lighting will be provided to the external areas of the premises.
The Designated Premises Supervisor/Licensee must ensure that incidents of crime and disorder are monitored and that such incidents are reported to the police.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving recorded music are taking place.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail
Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- photo driving licence
- passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and date of birth of the holder
There shall be no emission from the premises of any offensive smells, which are likely to cause a nuisance.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste foods and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located so that access to them by vermin and unauthorised persons is prevented and arrangements shall be made for the regular lawful disposal of their contents.
