ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The maximum number of persons, including staff and performers, allowed in these premises shall be 120.
All 18th birthday parties/functions must be notified to Lincolnshire Police at least 10 days before the start of the event.
There must be placed on the premises, where it can clearly be read, a notice stating that no glass bottles/containers are allowed on the playing field.
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
No light from or on the premises and any other light under the control of the premises shall be provided where that light causes a nuisance to any nearby premises.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail
Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- photo driving licence
- passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- - Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and date of birth of the holder
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
Credit Sales
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.
