ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The designated Premises Supervisor/Licensee must ensure that the toilet areas are checked regularly to deter outbreaks of crime and disorder.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
A notice shall be placed, where it can be seen and easily read by the public, stating that persons under 18 will not be sold any alcohol, and that it is an offence to purchase alcohol by or for a person under 18.
Persons who appear to be under the age of [18] years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail
Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- photo driving licence
- passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and date of birth of the holder.
There shall be no emission from the premises of any offensive smells, which are likely to cause a nuisance.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste foods and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located so that access to them by vermin and unauthorised persons is prevented and arrangements shall be made for the regular lawful disposal of their contents.
An adequate number of waste receptacles for use by patrons shall be provided in positions agreed with the licensing authority and it shall be the responsibility of the licensee to empty and dispose of the collected refuse at a frequency to be agreed with the licensing authority
