ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made

a) by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or

b) by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 74(3)(b) for clubs of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

The maximum number of persons, including staff and performers, allowed in these premises shall be 350 in the concert room and 220 in the remainder of the premises.

A restricted access system will be maintained and enforced by the Club Steward.

The Club Premises will not be hired out for the purpose of 18th Birthday Parties.

Patrons will leave the club premises within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the latest licensable activity on any given day.

Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
-    a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail
              Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
-    photo driving licence
-    passport
-    Citizen card supported by the Home Office
-    Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and date of birth of the holder

Except in the case of bona fide pre booked functions held at the club:
(a)              No persons under 18 years of age (except children of members supervised by a member) shall be admitted to the premises.
(b)              No children under 12 years of age shall make any purchase from the bar.
(c)              No children under 6 years of age shall be admitted to the premises on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
