ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The maximum number of persons, including staff and performers, allowed in these premises shall be 160.
Any outside area which is used for the consumption of alcohol shall cease to be so used at 11pm.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
Children under 16 are not permitted to sit or stand at any point of sale (the bar).
An authorised officer representing the Council, the Chief Constable or the County Fire Officer whether in uniform or not shall upon production of written identification have free access to any place in respect of which a premises licence is in force at all reasonable times.
Special Effect Equipment
No special effects equipment shall be used in the premises under the terms of the licence, unless approved by the Council. This includes equipment using heat source to introduce effects, i.e. smoke capsules, real or artificial smoke machines, pyrotechnics, and generators; laser and holographs.
Applications for consent to use such special effects shall be made by the licensee in writing at least 28 days before the first performance of the entertainment and shall give full details of its proposed use, together with the date and time of any rehearsal.
