  No sale or supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

  a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or

  b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

                        The premises will only be used for off-sales.

   

                        There will be no direct sales to persons visiting the premises. 

   

                        All sales of alcohol made under this licence will be by way of mail order made through the use of the internet.

   

                        Customers will be required to accept terms and conditions upon purchase, stating that the purchaser is over the age of 18.

   

   

                        Payment will only be by credit or debit card.
