ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
CCTV cameras used on and in the premises will be maintained in good working order.
Where available the Licensee shall provide such tapes as requested by an officer of the Lincolnshire Police/Local Authority
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area immediately surrounding the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrapping etc. at the end of trading on each day.
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
There shall be no emission from the premises of any offensive smells, which are likely to cause a nuisance
