Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

  a)     at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or

    b)     at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a    personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  S19(1) Licensing Act 2003

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made

   

  a)              by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or

  b)              by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  The maximum number of persons who shall be admitted to the Licensed Premises during the time of any licensable activity shall not exceed 150 standing or 110 seated.

   

  The licence holders or their representative shall ensure that event organisers are fully aware of their obligations to comply with the booking conditions and event organisers shall sign the booking documentation to that effect.

   

  Any person hiring the Centre must be made aware of the conditions contained in this Licence and must sign an agreement to observe those conditions.

   

  There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.

   

  Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.

   

  The Licensed Premises shall not be let or hired to persons under the age of 21, or for events involving such persons unless it is known to be a family event.

   

  There shall be no adult entertainment.

   

  Events held in the external licensed area, involving plays, live music or recorded music shall not use any amplified sound.
