ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The CCTV System must operate during the whole time the premises are open to the public. Leaving the equipment in operation during non-opening hours is also a good crime reduction initiative, in the event of a burglary.
The CCTV system will provide a 31 day recording facility and the licence will allow officers of the Lincolnshire Police/Licensing Authority access to the system at any time when the premises are open or at any other reasonable time.
Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises there shall be provided at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings etc.
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail
Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- photo driving licence
- passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and date of birth of the holder
