Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

  a)     at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or

  b)     at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

   

  S19(1) Licensing Act 2003

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made

   

  a)              by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or

  b)              by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  This licence  (dated 10 August 2006) applies to the new clubhouse and shall not have effect until that clubhouse has been physically completed.      

   

  The sale and supply of liquor shall be limited to:

  a.              members of the Pottergate Golf Club admitted to membership in accordance with the club rules

  b.              bona fide guests of such members admitted in accordance with the club rules

  c.              members and supporters of visiting teams on the occasion of a sporting activity between the team/societies and Pottergate Golf Club held at the premises of the Pottergate Golf Club

  d.       visitors using the golf facilities on a daily pay basis

               

  A register of members and a separate register of visitors shall be maintained and kept available for inspection by the police and/or an authorised officer of North Kesteven District Council

   

  A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public

   

  Where the recording is on a removable medium ( videotape, compact disc, flash card etc ) a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.

   

  The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 28 days

   

  Any outside area used for the consumption of alcohol shall be fully covered by a CCTV camera to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police

   

  All recordings must be made available to Lincolnshire Police on request

   

  Signage shall be clearly displayed informing customers that a CCTV system is in operation and recording on the premises.

   

  No external music will be provided.

   

  Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:

                        a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail

             Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)

                        photo driving licence

                        passport

                        Citizen card supported by the Home Office

                        Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a
