ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be installed on the premises.
The system must operate during the whole time the premises are open to the public. Leaving the equipment in operation during non-opening hours is also a good crime reduction initiative in the event of a burglary occurring.
The system must include a thirty-one day video library. Each tape must be endorsed with times and dates of recordings and shall be retained not less than 28 days before re-use.
The system must be capable of recording a satisfactory image from each and every camera continually eg. Multiplex.
The system must be capable of monitoring and recording entrances and exits, and any areas not easily observed by staff, including toilet areas.
The Licensee shall allow officers of the Lincolnshire Police/Local Authority access to the system at any time when the premises are open or at any other reasonable time.
The Licensee shall provide such tapes as requested by an officer of the Lincolnshire Police/Local Authority
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors who are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to such a number as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.
A record shall be kept on the premises by the Designated Premises Supervisor of every person employed on the premises as a door supervisor. The record shall contain the following details:-
(i) name, address;
(ii) date of birth;
(iii) his/her Security Industry Authority licence number.
That record shall be available for inspection on demand by an Authorised Officer of the Council, the Security Industry Authority or a Police Constable.
The licensee shall notify the Chief Officer of police of the dismissal of any staff employed by him/her in the capacity of a door/security person for misconduct which may affect the continuation of or renewal of that person’s registration.
