ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
There shall be in place for the Premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification.
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo Driving Licence.
Passport
Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln Police Licensing Office.
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the Premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate:
That it is unlawful for perons under 18 to purchase alcohol
That it is unlawful for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years (unless the recipient is 16 or 17 years of age, is taking a table meal accompanied by an adult and consumes only beer, wine or cider with a meal)
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises and in the beer garden in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and area quietly.
All external windows/doors must be kept closed, other than for access and egress when any functions involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
