ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Whenever personnel are employed in a role which involves responsibility for any aspect of security at the Premises, checks shall be made to ensure that they are licensed with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and that the licence is still current.
Any event held at the Premises will be accessible by ticket only which will be issued once a valid ID document has been produced to verify both age and identity.
All attendees shall be issued with a wrist band.
The Premises Licence Holder or their nominated representative shall make regular external checks of the premises to ensure that local residients are not distrurbed by any noise emanating from the event.
Any speakers will be facing away from the village towards the fields.
1. Subject to the exceptions contained within condition 2 hereof, the Licence Holder shall:
(a) Provide written notice to the relevant Lincolnshire Police Licensing Officer, the Fire Safety Officer for Lincoln Fire and Rescue and the Lincolnshire County Council Emergency Planning Manager of any event to which this Licence applies where it can be reasonably expected that more than 499 persons will attend said event.
(b) Provide the aforementioned written notice no less than 6 calendar months before the date upon which an event shall commence.
(c) Comply with all recommendations from the officers at condition 1(a) in relation to events to which this Licence applies.
2. In relation to events commencing on or before 1st January 2011, the following will apply:
(a) Condition 1 will not apply.
(b) The Licence Holder shall provide written notice to the Lincolnshire Police Licensing Officer, the Fire Safety Officer for Lincoln Fire and Rescue and the Lincolnshire County Council Emergency Planning Manager, of any event to which this Licence applies where it can be reasonably expected that more than 499 persons will attend said event.
(c) Written notice must be provided no less than 28 days before the date upon which such an event shall commence.
(d) The maximum number of persons attending any single event is limited to 1000 persons and must not be exceeded.
(e) The Licence holder shall comply with all recommendations from the officers at condition 2(b) in relation to events to which this Licence applies.
3. For the purpose of conditions 1(a) and 2(b), written notice will provide the following information:
(a) The nature of the event.
(b) The expected attendance of the event.
(c) The date and times of the event.
