ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
. The permitted times do not prohibit:
a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
b) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
c) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
d) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
2. Alcohol Sales
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed on the
licensed premises.
ID will be required for all sales of alcohol under the challenge 21 procedure.
A refusals book will be operated and maintained at the point of sale.
3. Credit Sales
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied to a canteen or mess.
4. CCTV Systems
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises and must be ’Fit for Purpose ‘ by complying with the following conditions:
a. The system shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
b. Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc.), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.
c. The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 28 days and must be endorsed with the accurate relevant time and date.
d. The system shall be capable of monitoring and recording satisfactory colour images from each and every camera continually e.g. Multiplex facility.
e. The system must be capable of monitoring and recording entrances and exits, and any areas not easily observed by staff.
f. The recordings shall be provided to officers of Lincolnshire Police on request.
g. Officers of the Lincolnshire Police shall be permitted access to the system at any reasonable time.
h. Signage shall be clearly displayed informing customers that a CCTV system is in operation and recording on the premises.
Where the Premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the Premises there shall be provided at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings etc.
