ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The number of persons who shall be admitted to the Licensed Premises during the time of any public performance or entertainment shall not exceed 190 seated or 135 not seated.
Person in Charge
The licensee, or responsible person over the age of 18 years nominated by him in writing, shall be in charge of and upon the licensed premises during the whole time the premises are open to the public. The person in charge shall not be engaged in any duties which will prevent him from exercising general supervision of the premises. He or she shall be responsible for maintaining good rule and order within the premises under this licence, taking charge of emergency situations and the summoning of emergency services.
Sales of Alcohol
All persons who appear to be under the age of 21 will be required to produce proof of age in one of the following formats:
a. Photo Driving Licence.
b. Passport.
c. Proof of Age Scheme Card carrying a Pass logo.
No alcohol shall be supplied to anyone under the age of 18 years.
Appropriate signage shall be displayed to advise people on the regulations pertaining to the sale of alcohol.
All persons selling alcohol will be approved and trained on licensing issues by the Designated Premises Supervisor.
All children shall be accompanied by an adult whilst alcohol is on sale.
Use of Premises
Any person(s) hiring the hall shall be required to sign their understanding of, and agreement to comply with, the licence conditions.
Persons using the premises will undertake the following duties:
a. To refuse to serve any person who appears to be drunk.
b. To control any disorderly conduct.
c. To request any person who appears to be drunk or disorderly to leave the premises, and to request Police assistance if necessary.
d. No smuggled goods will be allowed on the premises.
Persons using the premises shall ensure that whenever music is being played the volume is kept to a reasonable level.
Persons leaving the property shall have regard for the neighbouring property.
All doors and windows are to be kept closed whenever the air conditioning system is in operation.
Public Nuisance
The licensee or responsible person shall ensure that no noise shall emanate from the licensed premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance to the occupiers of premises in the vicinity of the licensed premises.
Requests made by environmental health officers of the Council shall be complied with as soon as practicable. In addition, any restriction specified in the schedule to the licence regarding control to be exercised over music shall be implemented by the licensee or responsible person at all times when the premises are open to the public.
Public Safety
The premises shall be lit externally.
