ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
a. Photo driving licence.
b. Passport.
Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln Police Licensing Office.
All external doors and windows to rooms where regulated entertainment is taking place must be kept closed other than for access or agress.
Musical instruments and/or amplified music/speech shall not be audible outside the premises.
A winding down and dispersal policy shall be adopted that includes measures to achieve a gradual and orderly dispersal of customers. These measures shall commence at least 30-minutes before the premises closes, and shall include:
Slowing down the tempo of the music.
A significant reduction in the volume of the music i.e. gradually reduced down to background level.
Announcements by entertainers or DJ's (on occasions when they are used) requesting customers to leave the premises quietly and respect the peace and quiet of local residents.
Any other measures calculated, designed or intended to create a calming and subduing atmosphere.
A prominent, clear and legible notice shall be displayed and maintained to the exterior at the entrance to the premises requesting that patrons respect the needs of local residents, and advising patrons that causing noise, nuisance or distrubance while outside or in the vicinity of premises will result in admission being refused.
