ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Any person exercising the security activity of guarding premises against unauthorised access or occupation, against outbreaks of disorder or against damage, must be registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to such a number as the designated premises supervisor/holder of the Premises Licence consider sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order on the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.
*No person in possession of a drink in an unsealed container shall be allowed to enter the premises except for the purposes of delivery.
*Where CCTV is installed it must be approved by Lincolnshire Police following the completion of a survey by an approved officer of the Lincolnshire Police.
* No drink shall be removed from the premises in an unsealed container save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose.
*There shall be placed at all exits from the premises (and in the beer garden) in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
*No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
Children under 16 are not permitted to enter the premises after 9pm.
