ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency.
The maximum number of persons, including staff and performers, allowed in these premises shall be 4800.
Any outside area which is used for the consumption of alcohol shall cease to be so used at 11pm.
Command and Control of the event on the day will be in accordance with the operational event document produced by the event organisers.
All personnel engaged on Control of Entry, Marshalling and Stewarding will be serving members of HM Forces.
RAF Police personnel will carry out continuous policing and security patrols during the event.
Bag searches will be carried out at the main entrance.
Entry to the event will be by ticket only.
No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
No inflatable play equipment shall be used without the agreement of the Licensing Authority with respect to its hours of use and other conditions as may be appropriate.
The Licence holder shall give 6 months notice to the Lincolnshire Safety Advisory Group (LESAG) prior to the event.
The Licence holder shall comply with all advice, guidance and timescales given by LESAG for the event.
A Fire Risk assessment shall be provided to Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue, District Community Fire Protection Risk Manager, South Park Avenue, Lincoln, LN5 8EL, no later than 8 weeks before the event takes place.
No fireworks or other pyrotechnics shall be used other than with the consent of the Licensing Authority.
An adequate number of waste receptacles for use by patrons shall be provided, which will be supplemented by a full sweep of the area after the event. It shall be the responsibility of the organisers to empty and dispose of the collected refuse at a frequency to be agreed with the Licensing Authority.
