ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The maximum number of persons, including staff and performers, allowed in these premises shall be 285 persons.
The maximum number of persons permitted in the premises for a closely seated audience shall be 80.
The hiring conditions must be included in the booking agreement for the premises.
A CCTV system shall be installed on the premises.
The system and equipment installed must be approved by the Lincolnshire Police following completion of a survey by a qualified Crime Reduction Officer.
The system must operate during the whole time the premises are open to the public. Leaving the equipment in operation during non-opening hours is also a good crime reduction initiative in the event of a burglary occurring.
The system must include a thirty-one day video library. Each tape must be endorsed with times and dates of recordings and shall be retained not less than 28 days before re-use.
The system must be capable of recording a satisfactory image from each and every camera continually eg. Multiplex.
The system must be capable of monitoring and recording entrances and exits, and any areas not easily observed by staff, including toilet areas.
The Licensee shall allow officers of the Lincolnshire Police/Local Authority access to the system at any time when the premises are open or at any other reasonable time.
The Licensee shall provide such tapes as requested by an officer of the Lincolnshire Police/Local Authority.
A personal licence holder must be on the premises at all times when alcohol is sold.
Persons hiring the premises for parties must ensure that there shall be provided at the premises door supervisors who are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to a number as the hire of the premises considers sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
The hirer shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail
Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- photo driving licence
- passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and date of birth of the holder
No adult entertainment is allowed.
