ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The licence holders or their representative will ensure that event organisers are fully aware of their obligations to comply with the conditions contained in this Annex. Confirmation of this shall be recorded in the event booking documentation.
The occupancy limit of the building is 280 persons
All exit routes and doors on such routes shall be checked on every occasion before the premises are used for purposes of a licensable activity and at regular occasions when the premises are open to the public to ensure that they are free from defect, obstruction, trip hazards and surfaces are not slippery. A record of such inspections, any defects discovered and the remedial action taken shall be made in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
No person under the age of 16 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
