ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Recorded music is permitted as ancillary to the consumption of food and drink and for occasional discos.
All regulated entertainment detailed on this licence is permitted inside the premises only.
Other than in the case of amusement with prize machines, there will be no provision of any adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
