ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be installed, and management shall ensure that the system is maintained in working order.
The system shall have a 31 day storage capacity, and a secure storage facility will be provided for any images downloaded from the system.
Images downloaded from the system shall be of the same quality as the original recordings.
Three months of previously recorded images will always be available.
Signage shall be displayed advising that a CCTV system is in operation at the premises
Staff shall be trained to visually check all areas of the premises (including toilet areas) on a regular basis for evidence of drugs use, and report anything of concern to the management/supervisor.
Staff shall be trained in the licensable activities permissible under the Premises Licence.
Staff shall be trained to check identification of persons believed to be under 18 years of age who are attempting to purchase alcohol.
Only recognised forms of identification shall be accepted, such as passports, driving licences and recognised ID cards.
Signage shall be displayed behind each bar stating the proof of age policy and listing the recognised forms of identification.
A record book shall be maintained and used to record incidents of note, which shall include all instances of refused alcohol sales.
Children under the age of 16 years shall only be allowed on the premises when accompanied by a responsible adult, and appropriate signage to this effect shall be displayed.
Children under the age of 16 years shall not be allowed in the bar area, and signage to this effect shall be displayed.
The maximum numbers of persons allowed on the premises, to include staff and performers is 211.
Only drinks purchased on the premises shall be allowed to be consumed on the premises, and signage to this effect shall be displayed.
Customers shall be prevented from removing any open bottles or glasses from the premises.
Drinking water will be freely available at the premises.
All litter collected on the premises will be stored in bins to which the public do not have access, and shall be emptied on a weekly basis.
