ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The CCTV system must operate the whole time the premises are open to the public. Leaving the equipment in operation during non-opening hours is also a good crime reduction initiative in the event of a burglary occurring.
The system must be capable of monitoring and recording entrances and exits and any areas not easily observed by staff.
Management Committee Supervisors will be on duty at all times during opening times.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
A notice shall be placed, where it can be seen and easily read by Club members stating the Club’s policy regarding drugs.
Notices to be placed on gaming machine stating no under 18’s to play.
All children must be off the premises by 8.30pm unless accompanied by an adult.
When the public, members or guests are present, the lighting levels in all parts of the premises shall be capable of providing sufficient illumination for the public, members or guests to leave the premises safely and there shall be at least one person who is nominated to switch on the emergency lighting in an emergency situation.
