ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
There shall be no consumption of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages outside the premises after 11pm.
The designated smoking area shall be cleared by the closing time of the Premises.

A CCTV system shall be installed on the premises.
The system and equipment installed must be approved by the Lincolnshire Police following completion of a survey by a qualified Crime Reduction Officer.
The system must operate during the whole time the premises are open to the public and for half an hour after closing. Leaving the equipment in operation during non-opening hours is also a good crime reduction initiative in the event of a burglary occurring. (amended after sub-panel hearing on 25 June 2008)
The system must include a thirty-one day video library. Each tape must be endorsed with times and dates of recordings and shall be retained not less than 28 days before re-use.
The system must be capable of recording a satisfactory image from each and every camera continually e.g. multiplex.
The system must be capable of monitoring and recording entrances and exits, and any areas not easily observed by staff, including toilet areas.
The Licensee shall allow officers of the Lincolnshire Police/Local Authority access to the system at any time when the premises are open or at any other reasonable time.
The Licensee shall provide such tapes as requested by an officer of the Lincolnshire Police / Local Authority.
All external doors/windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
Prominent clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting patrons/customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly. Such notices shall contain the names of Punch Taverns as Licensee, its business address and contact telephone number.
No Nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
The Licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of all complaints and the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of all complaints and of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
There shall be placed at all exists from the premises and in the outside drinking area, in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly. This will also include a reference to vehicles.
Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises.
Announcements shall be made at regular intervals requested customers leave quietly.
Any outside areas which is used for the consumption of alcohol shall cease to be so used and clear by 11.30pm.
Any outside area used for the consumption of alcohol shall be delineated as being part of the premises in a manner which is agreed with the police.
Customers shall not be permitted to congregate and consume alcohol sold or supplied by the premises within the immediate vicinity of those premises. The removal of alcohol from the premises shall be prevented, if it is intended for such a purpose.
