ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The terms and conditions of the hiring agreement shall be adhered to at all times.
The committee will not hire out the hut to individuals or groups who intend to use it for entertainment or services of an adult or sexual nature.
The DPS will train staff in the responsible sale of alcohol.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail
Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- photo driving licence
- passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and date of birth of the holder
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
The DPS will supervise the outside noise when windows are opened for ventilation for events.
There shall be placed at all exists from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
The Designated Premises Supervisor/Licensee must ensure that incidents of crime and disorder are monitored and that such incidents are reported to the Police.
Odour and litter are to be controlled by the provision of appropriate of waste receptacles which will be emptied on a regular basis.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Where films are shown for adult entertainment children under the age of 18 will not be permitted on the premises.
