• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

  a)  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or

   

  b)  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence,

      or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence

   

  3.              The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  The Premises shall have a CCTV system installed, with images retained for a minimum of 28 days. Such images will be made available to the Police and authorised officers of the Local Authority upon reasonable request.

   

  Whenever the DPS is not on the Premises, another responsible person will be nominated to manage the Premises in their absence.

   

  Wine tasting events will take place on the Premises but will only be for consumption on the Premises and only available in 25ml measures.

   

  An age verification scheme will be in operaqtion at the Premises, which will require that all persons wishing to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 25 years will be required to produce one of the following forms of identification prior to purchase.

   

    Photo driving licence

    Pasport

    PASS accredited card

   

  Challenge 25 notices will be displayed in prominent positions throughout the Premises.

   

  A bound and sequentially paginated incident book or electronic record shall be kept to record all instances of disorder, damage to property and personal injury at the premises.  These books/records are to be made available for inspection and copying by the Police and other officers of Responsible Authorities immeditely upon request.  All such records shall be retained at the Premises for at least 12 months.
