• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises. Subject to a suitable request and agreement of the Data Controller images shall be released to Lincolnshire police so long as the Data Controller is happy to do so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

   

  CCTV images shall be retained for a period of no less than 07 days.

   

  Recordings of incidents at the premises must be made secure for inspection by the police and provided on lawful request. This means that a member of staff shall be available within 24 hours who is capable of operating the CCTV system and providing recordings.

   

  Challenge 21 shall be implemented and a proof of age policy is to be applied with the accepted means of proof of age being:

  1. Passport

  2. Photo Driving Licence

  3. A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram

  4. Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police
