ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The maximum number of persons permitted on the licensed premises shall not exceed 150 in the main building and 500 in the marquee.
No dry ice machines or cryogenic fog, smoke machines or fog generators shall be used at the premises unless notified to the Licensing Authority and is used in accordance any guidance given by Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Lasers shall only be used on the premises in accordance with the requirements for the safe use of lasers as set down in the HSE Guide, The Radiation of Safety Lasers Used for Display Purposes (HS (G) 95) and BS60825: Safety of Laser products British Standard 4803: part 3.
The area for dancing as defined on the plan attached to the application shall be cleared of non permanent fixtures and fittings during the times that dancing takes place.
During times where dancing takes place all glasses in the marquee area shall be toughened or plastic.
Foam involving a “Foam Party” event shall not be produced on the premises without the prior consent of the Environmental Health Department of NKDC. The premises will give 21 days written notice prior to the event taking place and shall comply with any reasonable request made by the said department.
Persons who appear to be under the age of [18/21] years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- photo driving licence
- passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and date of birth of the holder
An accident/incident book shall be maintained at the premises for staff and the public. This book shall be available for inspection on demand by an authorized officer of the council, police officer or other authorized person.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
No persons under 18 will be allowed on the premises when adult entertainment is taking place.
