  No alcohol will be allowed onto the licensed area as indicated on the Premises plan

   

  Lincolnshire Police shall be notified prior to any licensable activities taking place on the Licensed Area as defined in the Premises plan.

   

  The Licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular subjective assessments of the noise coming from the premises at the nearest residential locations, on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment.  The licence holder shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause disturbance to local residents.

   

  The Licence holder shall ensure that their contact details are on display just prior to and during the event in order for local residents to contact them directly if there is a noise problem occurring.

   

  At all times that licensable activites are being conducted the Licence Holder or their nominated representative (steward) will be on site or contactable by mobile phone.
