ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises will only be used for off-sales via the telephone and internet. There will be no consumption of alcohol on the premises.
The premises are to be used for the storage and supply of wine, champagne, port and sherry only.
There will be no collection of alcohol from the premises by customers or their agents.
There will be no public access to the premises.
Upon delivery of the alcohol to the customer, where the customer appears to be under the age of 18 years, the following proof of age will be requested.
- a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail
Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- photo driving licence
- passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Portman Prove It Card
- Any other means approved and accredited by Lincoln Police Licensing Office.
Only the Premises Supervisor will process orders for alcohol and personally supervise their despatch and supply in strict accordance with the aforementioned policy.
A minimum order value of £100 will be imposed on all customers.
The cellar/storage area will remain locked when not is use.
All loading and unloading of deliveries will be restricted to the designated area at the rear of the Premises, as marked on the approved Premises plans, forming part of this licence.
