• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

  a)     at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or

   

  b)     at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  The Premises shall not be open to the general public, and shall only be open to pre-booked guests and their visitors.

   

  Whenever events involving live or recorded music are taking place, the Designated Premises supervisor or their nominated representative will make regular checks to monitor the noise levels.

   

  Persons under the age of 18 years will not be served alcohol unless the recipient is 16 or 17 years of age, and is taking a table meal accompanied by an adult and consumes only beer, wine or cider with a meal.
