ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a
personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The maximum number of persons allowed in these premises for a function booking is 120 persons.
The Designated Premises Supervisor/Licensee must ensure the incidents of crime and disorder are monitored and that such incidents are reported to the police.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involved amplified music or speech are taking place.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times they are on the premises.
