Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

  a.              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or

  b.              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a  

  personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made

   

  a.              by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or

   

  b.              by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Whenever any private function takes place at the Premises, the Licence holder or his representative shall be present at all times.

   

  The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.

   

  Whenever the Premises are used for the sale of alcohol notices shall be displayed at the premises in positions where they can be seen and read clearly and shall indicate that it is unlawful for a person under 18 years of age to purchase alcohol, and that it is unlawful for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of any person under 18 years of age.

   

  There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.  That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:

   

  a)                            A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age standards Scheme (PASS).

  b)              Photo driving licence

  c)              Passport

  d)              Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln Police Licensing Office.
