ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A written policy relating to staff training will be displayed on the premises.
The main business of the premises will be as a brewery. Any sales of alcohol will be ancilliary to this and facilitated through a small on site shop.
Notices will be displayed at the entrance to the Premises where they can be clearly seen and read and will indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 years of age to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of persons less than 18 years of age.
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years of age to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo Driving Licence
Passport
Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincolnshire Police Licensing Office
